After all the fun of Day One, we enjoyed an elegant “Peaches and Cream” themed breakfast, which was as beautiful as it was delicious. The beautiful paper goods for this event were provided by 521 Designs and the flowers were designed by Kennedy Occasions and Simply Yours Weddings. We loved the beautiful linens from I Do Linens, too!
Next up: more learning sessions. Valerie Gernhauser of Sapphire Events shared her Secrets of Success with a fun Mardi Gras gift – a nod to her location in New Orleans.
Next up was Ashley Baber, sharing how she’s grown her powerhouse brand into a poweful team with locations across the country.
And another great session from three-time Cultivate speaker, Lauren Grove of Every Last Detail! She shared lots of great info about marketing to millennials.
After all this it was time for our Southern Barbeque Luncheon – with delicious Georgia favorites like pulled pork, bbq chicken, and mac ‘n cheese! Flowers by Kennedy Occasions and Simply Yours Weddings – the beautiful farmhouse tables and gold flatware were sponsored by Set Rentals, and of course the linens from I Do Linen were the perfect accent for this meal!
After lunch we had more great sessions from Megan Ely, Cheyenne Schultz, Jacob & Courtney Towe, and Jennifer Earnest. It was fair to say that everyone’s minds were full after Monday’s sessions and we had tons of new ideas and strategies to take home and implement. Be sure to check back for the recap of our final day, day three!
